The Law Office of E. Edward Qaqish

The Qaqish Law Firm takes pride in offering effective and competent representation to the residents of the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. Attorney Ed Qaqish has represented hundreds of clients in all aspects of the law. He has appeared in courtrooms across Pennsylvania. He spends a majority of his practice defending criminal cases involving everything from minor thefts, misdemeanors, and DUIs to much more serious crimes including drug distribution and aggravated assault charges. Attorney Qaqish also helped many drivers in traffic court, including CDL drivers and trucking companies. In traffic litigation, he has helped many Lehigh Valley residents and visitors with issues ranging from license points to license suspensions. He also represents clients in various civil cases where he has fought for his clients against other individuals, businesses, and large insurance companies.

Exceptional Education

Attorney Qaqish grew up in Bethlehem, PA, and lived most of his life here in the Lehigh Valley. Attorney Qaqish graduated from Liberty High School. He continued his education as he went on to Kutztown University where he graduated in 2006 with a degree in Political Science. He followed his love for the law by attending Widener University’s School of Law in Harrisburg. During his three years of dedicated law study, he excelled in various aspects including being named a Widener Merit Scholar, and serving as an Internal Editor for the Widener Law Journal. Attorney Qaqish was also granted certification by the PA Supreme Court to represent clients at the Widener Civil Law Clinic while he was still a student. In 2010, he graduated from Widener Law with honors.

Knowledgeable & Experienced Lawyer

After law school, Attorney Qaqish began working as a judicial clerk for the President Judge of the 39th Judicial District in Franklin and Fulton Counties, and later promoted to Head Law Clerk for the entire 39th judicial district. During this time, Attorney Qaqish learned the various intricacies of the law and how to navigate complex court systems and procedures. With this experience he was able to gain the vast knowledge he has regarding criminal law and civil litigation. After several years in Franklin County, and a short time practicing in Dauphin County, Attorney Qaqish decided to return to the Lehigh Valley where the Qaqish Law Firm began.
